The AngelWalk is a high-energy, fun-filled gathering appropriate for all ages! Each year, we gather to welcome and connect new families into our local Down syndrome community, and this event is a great way to plug in, relax, meet others and show support and be part of a positive, loving, inclusive community that welcomes all.

A Huge Thank You!

PODS of PGC would like to thank every walker, every family member, every supporter, every friend for your support of the PODS AngelWalk in the past years. We need your support again. It’s your continued support that keeps our events going and we are truly thankful.

Updates on T-Shirt for 2024

Thank you for being a loyal supporter of PODS. This year, regrettably, due to the price increase of T-shirts, we are not ordering any new shirts this year. With that being said, those that have already purchased shirts during your registration, we will do our best to get those orders filled. We will provide legacy shirts at the AngelWalk for purchase, for those that are interested.

I can't stress enough how much your funds are needed for PODS operations this coming year. We have managed to stay in the black. But to provide the programming that is necessary for our members, we need to have the revenue to do so. Your support makes a difference for Individuals with Down syndrome and their families in the Prince George's County area and the DMV area.

The funds raised for this year's AngelWalk will go toward educational seminars, recreational activities and outreach for new families. Your support will lead to our loved one’s success stories.
